Writing Across the Media is the first comprehensive teaching package to take an integrated approach to media writing, emphasizing the fundamental writing skills required by all media and showing the similarities and differences in applying those skills to different media formats. Each chapter in the main text focuses on a particular aspect of the media writing process, integrating standout examples from various media — print journalism, broadcasting, public relations and advertising — to show students how different media cover the same event.
