FOR EXAMPLE:

Campbell, I. C. "Culture Contact and Polynesian Identity in the European Age." Journal of World History 8 (1997): 46—63.

The entry should include the following information:

Note: Bibliographic entries usually have periods where footnotes have commas. If you have another entry by the same author, use three hyphens instead of repeating the author’s name.
