The entry should include the following information:
Note: Bibliographic entries usually have periods where footnotes have commas. If you have another entry by the same author, use three hyphens instead of repeating the authors name. For more extended examples of bibliographic entries, see A Student's Guide to History, eighth edition, pages 133-134.
