Writing a Bibliography: Entries for Books

FOR EXAMPLE:

Benjamin, Jules. The United States and Cuba: Hegemony and Dependent Development, 1880—1934. Pittsburgh, Pa.: University of Pittsburgh Press, 1977.

The entry should include the following information:

Note: Bibliographic entries usually have periods where footnotes have commas. If you include more that one source by the same author, use three hyphens instead of repeating the name.

FOR EXAMPLE:

--- . The United States and the Origins of the Cuban Revolution. Princeton, N.J.: Princeton University Press, 1990.
