Insert commas where necessary in the following sentences. If the sentence is correct as it is, do not edit it.

1. Travelers who will be taking international flights this year are advised to take extra precautions such as bringing extra identification and avoiding the most popular routes.

 

2. The professor cool and commanding strode into the room.

 

3. The books that are on that shelf are recent purchases.

 

4. The moon filled my window lighting my room with a soft glow.

 

5. The woman who just walked in the door is the artist.

 

6. At Three Mile Island, the level of water surrounding the reactor core suddenly dropped causing the reactor core to overheat.

 

7. The media immediately jumped on the story providing daily coverage.

 

8. Officials at Three Mile Island turned away people trying to get a closer look.

 

9. Fortunately, engineers were able to prevent a meltdown saving the surrounding countryside and its citizens.

 

10. The potential for a major disaster was now clear stopping the growth of the nuclear power industry.
