Our Philosophy

The people who work at Bedford/St. Martin’s spent many hours learning and teaching in their academic disciplines before they ever sat down at their Bedford desks. We know that editors who have taught are better at building books and media. English, History, Communication, Music, and College Success: We bring that same belief to each discipline in which we publish.
