Roy Peter Clark has taught writing at The Poynter Institute for more than thirty years, and now serves as its vice president and senior scholar. He is the author or editor of fifteen books on writing and journalism, including Writing Tools and The Glamour of Grammar. He is the creator of the National Writers Workshops and is a member of the Feature Writing Hall of Fame. His work has been featured on the Today show, NPR , and the Oprah Winfrey Show.
